Agreement

These terms govern your use of Dodo, provided by Frekvens AS. Apple's standard end-user licence terms also apply when you download Dodo from the App Store.

What Dodo provides

Dodo provides locally played comfort sounds, filters and timers intended to support a calm sleep environment. Availability may change as we improve compatibility, audio quality and the product.

Not medical or safety advice

Dodo is not a medical device, monitor, treatment, diagnosis, or guarantee of sleep. Follow current safe-sleep guidance from qualified health authorities. Keep the device and cables away from the infant, use a comfortable volume, and stop use if the sound causes discomfort. Contact a qualified professional for health or hearing concerns.

Lifetime purchase

The optional Dodo Lifetime in-app purchase is a non-consumable purchase that unlocks 1-hour, 2-hour and until-stopped playback for the Apple ID used to purchase it. It is not a subscription. The exact local price and taxes are shown by Apple before confirmation. Use Restore Purchases to recover access on an eligible device. Billing, Family Sharing eligibility, refunds and transaction handling follow Apple's App Store rules.

Acceptable use

You may use Dodo for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use its audio, illustrations, code or branding outside the permissions provided by applicable law.

Availability and liability

We aim for dependable playback but cannot promise uninterrupted operation on every device, route, operating-system version, or external audio setup. To the extent permitted by law, Frekvens AS is not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made in place of medical or safety advice. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Changes and termination

We may update Dodo or these terms to improve the app, meet legal requirements, or protect the service. You may stop using Dodo at any time by deleting it. Material changes will be dated on this page.
