A file won't load

Spole reads audio (MP3, M4A, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, CAF) and video (MP4, MOV) files you own. If a file is still downloading from iCloud, open it once in Files first. Protected Apple Music tracks cannot be imported. Choose an unprotected audio or video file you have permission to use.

Where is my recording?

In the library, newest first. Spole keeps its own copy inside the app; deleting the original from Files or Photos does not affect it. Swipe or long-press a row to delete it from Spole.

The loop clicks or gaps

It shouldn't — the join is sample-accurate. If you hear a click, the loop start or end sits on a loud transient; nudge either handle by a tenth of a second. If it persists, email us the length of the loop and the file type.

I paid but it's locked

Open Settings › Restore purchase with the same Apple Account you bought with. Family Sharing is supported for the lifetime unlock.

Delete everything

Delete the app. Recordings, loops and settings are removed with it. Product analytics is currently disabled. Deleting the app does not delete purchase-provider records.
