The plain terms.
Terms of use · Frekvens AS · Effective 3 September 2026
These terms apply to every app published by Frekvens AS (“Frekvens”, “we”) on the App Store, unless an app publishes its own terms on its own site. By installing or using an app you agree to them, together with Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. The apps, their sounds, images, text and code belong to Frekvens or our licensors. Don’t copy, resell, extract or redistribute them.
What you pay
Some apps are free. Some are free to try and then ask for a single payment. Some offer a subscription. The price and the model are always shown inside the app and on the App Store before you pay, in your local currency. Apple processes every payment; we never see your card.
- One-time purchases unlock the app forever on your Apple ID. Restore them on any iPhone from inside the app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Where a free trial is offered, it is stated clearly before you start it, and you are charged only if you do not cancel before it ends.
Refunds
Apple issues refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find the purchase and choose “Request a refund”. We cannot refund directly, but if an app let you down, write to us — we want to know.
What our apps are not
Our apps are for rest, sleep, habit and wellbeing. They are not medical devices and give no medical advice. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor. Keep sound at a comfortable level; loud audio for long periods can harm hearing, whatever its source.
Changes and availability
We update our apps and may add, change or remove features. We may stop offering an app; if you paid for something you can no longer use, we will tell you how to reach Apple for a refund. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
Liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Frekvens is not liable for indirect loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian or EU law.
Governing law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Norway, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
