How much is free?

The first seven nights play without limit. After that, 15 minutes a night. "Pay once" opens everything forever, no subscription.

I already paid, but the app shows the purchase page.

Open Settings (the gear at the top right) and tap "Restore purchase". You need to be signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If it stays that way, write to us with the purchase date.

The rain stops during the night.

Check the timer in the player (the clock icon): "Until you stop it" plays all night, "Until morning" ends at the time you set there. Without the unlock, playback ends after 15 minutes a night with a gentle fade.

Does Tropf play with the screen off?

Yes. Tropf plays in the background and can be controlled from the lock screen and Control Center. A call pauses the rain; afterwards it plays on.

How do I cancel the yearly subscription?

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tropf › Cancel. The "Pay once" unlock is not a subscription and needs no cancelling.

Can I suggest a rain?

Gladly. Put your idea in your App Store review or send it by email. Several scenes in Tropf came from requests.

Payments go through Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
